Description

This machine offers the following features:

• It is the latest technology in the production of flexographic photopolymer plates with a maximum dimension of 1270x2032mm.
• It uses high power UV LEDs which are automatically controlled for consistent performance and produces the highest quality flexographic plates with flat dots. As a result of this to provide accurate image reproduction even on the smallest elements and is ideal for imaging microfractures such as Woodpecker Nano.
• The illumination of the plates is done in an enclosed fully controlled environment with air conditioning and air extraction ensuring truly consistent quality on each plate.
• In flexography printing there are many factors that affect the quality of the print. With Catena E's UV LED technology, printers receive consistent quality flexographic plates, allowing them to increase their efficiency and productivity.
